Your email address, the gamertags you link, the contests you enter, the results and evidence you submit, and the territory resolved for your requests.

We record the country and region a request appears to come from in order to apply the correct territory rules. We do not store IP addresses alongside it.

When an error happens on our servers we send a report of it to an error-monitoring service, so that we can find and fix it. The report describes the failure: which page, and the line of our code that failed.

Reports never include your cookies or session, the contents of forms you submit, or your IP address, and nothing is ever sent from your browser — reporting runs on our servers only.

Where verification is required, it is carried out by a third-party provider. We store that provider’s reference and its decision. We do not store your identity documents.

We do not sell personal data. We do not send marketing to an address captured in a territory where the product it describes is not available.

Erasure removes what identifies you. It does not remove the record that enforcement action was taken, where one was — a closed profile that left no trace could be reopened under a new name, which is the outcome the record exists to prevent.
